In collaboration with RICS, we are looking at the current status of sustainability as a factor in the valuation process of both residential and commercial property. This process is part of REVALUE’s initial investigations.
To do this, we are asking for the help of professional valuers across the globe to answer a short survey (5 min) detailing your current valuation approach.

Existing guidance on sustainability and property valuation will be reviewed according to the results of the survey, and training materials will be produced to illustrate how to incorporate sustainability factors as an element in the valuation process.
