Maastricht University presented the results from the regression analysis linking energy efficiency to building valuations July at the annual conference of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association (AREUEA) in the Netherlands. This scientific conference featured about 110 presentations and over 150 participants from European, US, and Asian academic (London School of Economics or MIT) and non-academic institutions (e.g. CBRE or Deutsche Bundesbank).
