On Friday the 22nd of February, project partner Maarja Meitern from Bax & Company presented the REVALUE findings at the 51st AICARR International Conference, The Human Dimension of Building Energy Performance, in Venice.
The conference gathered researchers, professionals and practitioners from across the world to present and discuss the latest research on this topic. Maarja’s presentation was on the perceived value of energy-efficient dwellings in the European housing market. She highlighted how REVALUE’s work led the partners to engage with portfolio owners, financiers and valuers to better understand how they each take energy efficiency into consideration on a daily basis.
