Pioneers of the passive house movement are joining in Munich this Friday, for the 22nd International Passive House Conference.
REVALUE will be represented by project partner and Bax & Company consultant, Maarja Meitern, during her presentation: How is energy efficiency connected to value in European markets?
Passive house, or Passivhaus is a voluntary energy efficiency standard for reduced ecological footprint. Houses that meet the standard require little energy for heating or cooling the building.
Maarja will discuss whether a passive house is a more appealing asset for financiers and if there is a link between the energy performance of residential rented stock in Europe and their reported values. She will present all findings from REVALUE’s key partners, RICS, Savills, Maastrict University and Bax & Company.
