As part of the REVALUE project, partners delivered recommendations for key stakeholders on how best to ensure energy efficiency is included in the valuation process.
Regulators and professional bodies are recognising the importance of energy efficiency in building stock; they are encouraging valuers to work with their clients to collect more comprehensive building data.
