REVALUE is organising Round tables in order to understand to what extent European valuers are taking into account Energy Efficiency components in their valuation processes.
During June and July, REVALUE will organise 3 Round tables with valuers in the UK. REVALUE is looking for valuers expertise in valuing residential rented stock to help inform the researchers and guide the outputs of the REVALUE project. During the Round tables the valuers are presented with country-specific case studies and they are asked to share their initial impressions of the aspects they would like to investigate in respect to sustainability and energy efficiency.
