On Thursday the 24th of May, REVALUE members met with the leadership team of the H2020 project DREEAM, in Gothenburg, Sweden. The two projects share the same goal of accelerating ambitious energy efficiency retrofits in the European housing sector.
The DREEAM consortia will be supporting 15 housing providers across Europe in exploring multi-building and portfolio upgrade strategies. DREEAM will use the REVALUE project’s latest insights on recent market trends concerning how financiers approach investments in energy efficiency of residential real estate. The aim of DREEAM is to use these insights to build a more practical understanding of the emerging green financing options available for multi-building owners to access financing; thus, facilitating the market uptake of deep renovation solutions.
